LYNCHBURG, Va. (WSET) — With bitter cold nighttime temperatures predicted over the next several days, the City of Lynchburg, in partnership with the Salvation Army, will reopen a warming center at the Salvation Army, 2215 Park Avenue, for unsheltered individuals and families in the community.

The shelter will close from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. This is a low-barrier warming center.
